Turn Over a Leaf Day

Maple Leaf? Oak Leaf? Ryan Leaf?

For the celebration of Turn Over a Leaf Day, there are many directions you can take this.

You can go outside and look for a tree leaf and simply flip it over. It some parts of the country, that might be difficult (or dirty work) since it's early March.

You can pull a leaf out of your kitchen table and turn it upside down. You might be surprised at what you find underneath.

You can find a Ryan Leaf football card and turn it face down. Finding one of his cards is probably easier than you think. There are a surprisingly high number of them, and no one likely owns one except a sports card dealer.

Turning over a person named (Ryan) Leaf (or Leif) is not recommended.

You can be cliché and "turn over a new leaf" by changing your behavior for the better. Most of you probably don't need to do that in any significant way, but if you have a bad habit you want to get rid of, today might be your day.

You can turn a page in a book. I'm not sure that a page on your Kindle counts though.

Did I miss any leaves? If so, let me know.
