Don't worry. I won't try to invent a new language here in this post. I'll keep it all in plain, modern American English.
You, however, in reply can use the new language you invent and develop as you celebrate (if that's the right word) Invent a New Language Month.
I think you're allowed to call the month the days between May 18 and June 18. Month here doesn't necessarily refer to the entire month of May. That will give you more time to work on your new tongue.
There are no real constraints on what you can do while inventing your language, but it would be nice if you used normal letters as found in the English alphabet. If you're really ambitious though, you could do something totally new like Klingon or Elvin (or is it Elvish?).
Maybe you should start with the 1000 most common English words and translate them into your new language. It's really amazing what you can do with just that many words as shown here. (Amazon affiliate link)
