Hit That Button Too Soon?
Thank goodness computer programmers realize that we're stupid.
Whoever decided years ago that computer programs would need an undelete function, an undo function, and/or a trash can/recycle bin was a genius.
Just think how many times those things have saved you from your own stupidity or carelessness. Raise your hand if they ever have. (My hand is raised.)
Celebrate Undelete Something Day by hitting that undelete button or taking something back out of the trash can, even if you don't need to.
Then thank your friendly, neighborhood programmer for making your life easier. (Don't mention the part about making it more difficult at the same time.)
If you undeleted something just cuz, you can delete it again.
And you can put your hand down now. You're starting to look silly.
