Matching or Not
Yesterday, I mentioned wearing two pairs of socks. Today, if you're wearing socks on your feet, you'll be doing just that.
If you decide to celebrate Wear a Pair of Sock on Your Ears Day, you don't get to pick and choose when and where you do so.
For example, you must continue to wear them while driving. That said, you do get to take them off for a shower.
For those unfamiliar with the wearing of two pairs of socks, here's the deal.
Sometimes children don't pay attention very well. (Really?) When it seems as if they're not listening, sometimes an adult might accuse them of wearing a second pair of socks on their ears, muffling the sound.
The child might not understand what the adult is talking about.
By the way, if you find a way to actually get a pair of socks to stay on your ears, let us know.
