Seal an Envelope Day

With a Kiss?

Seal an Envelope Day should be easy. For those who don't use snail mail anymore, there's nothing in the guidelines for celebrating this day that says you have to actually send the envelope anywhere.

The envelope can be of any shape or size from standard letter size to large manilla. I suppose you could even get esoteric here and try to seal an envelope not made of paper.

But let's keep this simple. Get an envelope. Decide whether or not to put something inside - a letter to your mother, a bouncy ball, a nail, a packet of paper reinforcers, some mustard...whatever. Lick it without slicing your tongue. Press it shut, being careful if you put something inside.

Decide if you're going to mail it and to whom. Decide if you're going to include enough postage to get it there. If you are mailing it, put it in the mailbox. You remember what that is, right? If you're not sure, take it to the post office, and they'll take care of it for you. You know where yours is, right?

If you want to send your envelope to Da Unyun, contact me privately, so I can give you the real address. The fake address is this.
