aka Imitate Pat Harrington, Jr. Day
This one's a cinch.
Or is it?
At first, it seems too easy. How can anyone really take life more than one day at a time?
But doesn't Take Life One Day at a Time Day tell you to take your whole life that way all in just one day (each year)? This isn't Take Life One Day at a Time Life.
Now it starts to get confusing, doesn't it?
Don't let it bother you, though. It's only one day. Tomorrow you can go back to living however many days per day that you want. If you prefer to pack a whole week into just one day, go for it.
Just don't expect the rest of us to join you. Most of us have more than enough to try to get done in one 24-hour period than will fit.
For example, I just added another task to my list - cleaning the gutters. It won't get done today because it's raining, but it's on the list. It just so happens that the rain is what caused me to put it on the list. There's that tell-tale dribble letting me know there's a clog.
But I digress.
