They Walk Among Us
Ingenious Person Awareness Week refers to someone other than yourself. Sorry.
You need to be aware that, not only do other ingenious people exist, they live in your neighborhood and are in your circle of friends, both online and offline.
Be aware that some of them are even more ingenious than you. Truth. So be careful out there. Some of them may even be so ingenious that they totally hide their ingenuity from you and everyone else. They almost always keep it to themselves unless the situation and circumstances demand that they let it show.
On the other hand, some people let it be known to the world that they are ingenious all the time. Elon Musk comes to mind first. Thomas Edison might have been first but he's too old and gone.
What appeared above people's heads when they got a bright idea before the light bulb was invented?
As ingenious as you are, don't you still wish sometimes that you could have just one idea that was as significant as the light bulb or PayPal?
Maybe more of us don't have those moments because we don't take the time to think about them. We're too busy with other non-ingenious stuff.
