You may not realize just how old emojis are. (Can "emoji" be both singular and plural?)
I first used them in the late 1980s shortly after learning about them. Back then it was just the simple :-) and ;-) that I knew about.
You almost always put the nose-dash in the middle in those days.
Today there seems to be no end to the variations of emojis. Yet I think there is room for a few more.
As far as I know, there is no emoji for "noted". Granted, that's not an emotion really, but neither are some of the other little icons we classify as emojis. If there already is one for "noted", please let me know. It would be very useful on Facebook sometimes.
If you come up with a good one, tell Facebook about it. I'm sure they'll at least consider it. If they add it to their system, we could all benefit from it.
So how creative are you today? Very?
