Divide and Conquer
On March 4, March Forth Day, you can charge wherever you like and no one will say thee nay.
At least, that's the premise. Whether that works in fact depends on where you march, I think.
Also, it seems to me that the charging could be of the electronic type, as with a credit card. So there's that.
We are marching forth, in a fashion, today in our car, taking a trip to see our grandchildren and their parents. So I'm counting that as a proper celebration of the day.
