On Play with a Squishy Toy Day, you can choose whatever squishy toy you prefer. There is no specific toy specified.
Most likely you'll choose one that fits well into one hand. If you want it to be of the stress-relieving type, that's fine too.
I wonder, though, if those squishies that purport to relieve stress really do any good. Has anyone ever measured stress before and after their use?
I would think such a squishy could actually increase stress. After all, isn't there a big temptation to throw the thing at someone you disagree with or who is causing problems for you?
It would be better, when meeting such a person, if you didn't have anything in your hands at the time.
But I digress. Your squishy toy should be one that's nice to look at, since you'll have it with you all day. In wouldn't make sense to be holding something gross-looking for the next 12 to 16 hours or so.
Then again, I suppose there are some who would prefer that kind.
Just stay away from my stress-relieving squishy toy.
